The scanner is a great investment for hobby mechanics. I've had the device for a week and have already done various jobs on my BMW, such as reprogramming the air springs, servicing and carrying out a number of functional tests on components.
For the price, very cost-effective

The tablet has a large battery life and the ODB2 module is wireless bluetooth. There is an internet link built into the scanner part so you can lookup any check engine lights very quickly.
