Technical error from our customer:
Problem One: Update error:
Q: It can read but can not write when I installed it well.
A: To some ECU, it can read only, and to some ECU, it can write only. Even to some ECU it can read and write. Please take a screenshot of the serial number.
Solution: If you update the K-Tag Machine, it will encouter this error picture. It means your K-tag is bad, you need to send back for repair. And you need to pay the repair fees, because it is not updated.
Problem Two: Bug Error
Solution: If you encounter this error, it is BUG error, it is the original software problem, it means you still can not use the function, you need to wait till its update. So if you don't want to get this error, please don't use this function, the K-Tag can work normally, it is not the product problem.
