FAQ:

Q: Does SP142-B have instruction? The customer said that it couldn’t be connected the car. Does it be used after registering?  
A: There is the instruction in the package. The item can be used with the first computer which registers the item. If the customer uses it with other computer, it will not work, because the SP142-B is bound with the computer.
